Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00PM CT will ship the same business day*. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.  

All orders that are eligible for free shipping will be shipped via United States Parcel Service (USPS) First Class Package Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

Economy: Will arrive in 5-8 business days

Standard: Will arrive in 3-4 business days

Express: Will arrive in 1-2 business days 

All shipments are sent by USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided and updated once an order has been shipped.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Nolaj Blu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to the following international countries: Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany.

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Nolaj Blu, LLC is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

*Credit card authorization and verification must have been obtained prior to the shipping deadline.
