The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, whatever the case maybe, we are happy to exchange the item or issue a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I start a return?

Please have your email address and order number readily available. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and pre-paid label once the return request is approved
  • Return items must be shipped within 30 days of request date

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, promotional items, or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Returns are free when you use our pre-paid return shipping label
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if you prefer to use your own shipping method

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied on your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
