What method of payments do you offer?

In order to streamline the checkout experience at Nolaj Blu, you are given the opportunity to use express checkout first. You may return your merchandise within 30 days after receipt of order. For additional information, please refer to our Return Center and our Refund Policy.

How can I initiate a return?

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order is processed through our secured checkout process, you will receive an email and/or text message informing you when your order is shipped. The e-mail or text notification will also include the order tracking number for your convenience. 

Can I track my order? 

Yes, you can track your order with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and/or text message. Rest assure you will be kept updated on the transportation process throughout the entire process. You can access the status of your order by going to our Track Orders webpage.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.? 

Yes, we currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. 

Do you collect sales tax?

For U.S. orders, we currently collect sales taxes for orders shipped to Texas.
